Technical architecture

Agent brain & tools
Python services (FastAPI / async workers) coordinate LLM calls, tools and business rules. The agent has access only to whitelisted tools: CRMs, ticket systems, databases, email gateways, telemetry APIs.
High-speed backends
For heavy computations and streaming workloads XenarAI uses Rust or C++: real-time scoring, anomaly detection, log processing or integration with embedded / IoT systems.
Logging & control
Every action can be logged, traced and replayed. Human-in-the-loop flows, approval steps and rate limits help keep agents safe and predictable in production environments.
